Unfortunately They're completed uppers. The plan is to build it into a 11.5 IN CAR-15 copy.

The 11.5" CAR-15 or XM-177E2 uses a A1 upper, not an A2. Next best option is the Colt 723 upper (an A1 with a brass deflector).

Buy a completed and swap barrels , your not going to find a stripped A2 unless you catch them on Palmetto or Used

It just drives me nuts buying a barrel, handguard and gas system I wont use.
