Reloading .223 for subsonic use

Some of you have been reloading for years and years.....and I know who you are...lol
But I was curious about something. have any of you made succesfully a .223 subsonic round that would .....
A. cycle without issue in a AR platform
B. and cycle without issue with a supressor on the end of a 16" barrel.

what powder/grains and what weight bullet did you use?
was it a fmjbt or maybe a fmjhp....
I think Id like to make some of these if someone has some tips.
