This has been an issue for a while with Amazon. I guess they can refuse service for specific products if they choose. Guess they don't want to risk the wrath of sideshow Bob Ferguson and the unconstitutional laws of the formerly great state of Washington. Even though there are no laws governing holsters - yet.I just now tried to purchase an Uncle Mike's Super Slide Belt Holster from Amazon. Apparently, this is a restricted item and cannot be delivered to Vancouver, WA.
Jeezus! WTF!
You could just drive over the bridge and get one from Uncle Mikes himself. I believe they are out by the airport somewhere.I just now tried to purchase an Uncle Mike's Super Slide Belt Holster from Amazon. Apparently, this is a restricted item and cannot be delivered to Vancouver, WA.

No foolin'??You could just drive over the bridge and get one from Uncle Mikes himself. I believe they are out by the airport somewhere.
Its because they are not Prime, and are coming from some 3d party seller. Amazon has no problem selling any holster you want. For some reason a lot of holsters that come from a 3d party will not sell to WA anymore.I just now tried to purchase an Uncle Mike's Super Slide Belt Holster from Amazon. Its not Amazon, its the 3d party sellers doing this. You can find a lot of holsters on Amazon that are sold by Amazon and its fine but the exact same holster coming from another seller using Amazon to pay it will block. Strange indeed. One place that makes a nice holster for my Less Than I had to order from Ebay. Amazon has the holster sold by them in left hand. That they had no problem selling me. The right hand model of the same holster is a no go since it not sold directly by Amazon. This has been an issue for a while with Amazon. I think they're based in Utah if I'm not mistaken. They have an outlet section on their website, not sure how that works out compared to free shipping on Amazon though...No foolin'??
Anything IWB they are considering a concealed holster and will not ship, just like any bag with a concealed pocket for a gun.Its because they are not Prime, and are coming from some 3d party seller. This one is Prime, they will have it to me tomorrow if I wish:Anything IWB they are considering a concealed holster and will not ship, just like any bag with a concealed pocket for a gun.
They have been doing this for some time.
(Sigh) Well not they are not. If its Prime its good to go. If its not, and is shipping from some 3d party is where they keep saying no. This has to be something someone in legal has created.Amazon has been rejecting anything firearms related in Washington for a bit. I have been going through the actual sites lately.
