Crimson Trace CMR-204 is a good light & green laser combination for the XDM. CMR-208 has just the light.

I don't know where you'd get a chest holster.

I hear the PL mini 2s will fit a XDS. As for customer holsters that are light bearing I use this guy on ebay. There is also a TLR 6 for the XDS

Ive gotten a few from him and they are perfectly molded to the gun and light. He has a wide variety so you can select make model and which light you have on it. Or custom request and he will mold it. Fast shipping and reliable!.

I have a TLR-2 on my G17 and like it quite a bit. Might be a little bigger than you're interested in, but mine has been a great light / laser for several years. Easy to recommend.

100 Lumens is sufficient light in the dark?

Mine is the old model, thought it was 300 lumens. In any event, I've found it to be just fine. TLR2 HL is 800 lumens, if that's of interest.
