Recommendations for a Portland area gunsmith to remove...

I had @Velzey do EXACTLY what you are wanting on a Tikka. The screws were absolutely STUCK. He drilled them out with precision I have never seen before. To the point that the screw base came out as just threads like a perfectly shaped helicoil. I was amazed. Still am!
