Recommendations for a local magazine smith

I've got a number of mags for my PSL that are of the scratch-and-dent variety. More like the pinhole-and-rust variety in fact. Ideally I'd like to find someone local that will dip or hot tank, not blast, the mags and re-blue. I'm working on welding up what I can but the insides need seeing to as well.
