Recommendation for Torque Wrench for 10/22 Barrel Swapping?

Going to switch out my first 10/22 barrel and my Wheeler Fat Wrench won't work. I think I need a T-handle style torque wrench to get inline with the clamping screws.
Suggestions?

I have always used my trusty (and pricey) automotive inch pounds torque wrench on my rifles, but it is huge. Who makes a real high quality handheld unit these days? Be nice to have one available at the range.
