Good grief that's irritating. From what I can tell/guess it's because another one of their pistols went kaboom in Pakistan. What are the odds that's just another pistol from the already identified batches or even just bad ammo?

Add to that they at the same time announce their new models and aren't willing to replace the model Cs with their 'new' CP661.
