This Model 14 has the forward curved double hilt in brass and a single finger groove micarta handle.
I purchased this knife years ago and it is used. I'm saying used, not simply "pre-owned."
The sheath is in great shape as is the knife. I've treated the sheath with Obenauf's, and it has held up remarkably well. Besides, I didn't always take this sheath out with the knife.
The knife looks used, of course, but I keep it sharp and always dried and oiled it when used. You'll get it capable of passing the "paper slicing" demo quite easily. If you're more patient than I am, you can easily bring back the polished edge.
So why am I selling it? Simple. My four year wait for a Confederate Bowie is over, and I'm going to use that. Time for this one to be enjoyed by someone else.
I'm asking $420, which I think is fair.
