Poll: Rally hats and shirts

They have a statement asking people to not bring other flags or banners or something like that. Personally I have no problem with MaGA. But wouldn't want pro Trump to be the main message. This is Much much bigger than him.

Just like you said. I think the intent is ONLY 2A and US flag.

Defend the 2nd | Now is the time to stand together.

It definitely would be better to have the brighter hats and extra points for matching but I think the most important thing is to show up even if you have nothing on. We need the numbers more then anything else.

Good job with defend the 2nd on the side, embroidered, colors, etc. I usually buy cheap caps so this will be a hat splurge, but that is some classy non-compliance advertising.

My thoughts, in no particular order...

Make an effort for it to not be too, oh... easy to judge by others. Like, no camo, no flags, etc. No extremes or "cheesy" in general.

That's why I voted for the one that matched the Oregon flag. It stands for something I think most people in the area can get behind.

I haven't seen the design... is it just the text with "I will not comply." on it?

Being devil's advocate here, that statement doesn't seem to help much... even a bit challenging.

"We will not comply." sounds a little better to me, and is inclusive to demonstrate solidarity.


After giving it some thought, I like "Resistance is NOT futile."
But, then again, I'm a Trekkie.


Anyway, that's about all the opinion I have on the effort. Thanks for all your work!

Side note; Will there be picket signs? The media seems to focus on clever placards more than what's on a hat.

Side side note; Is there not some headgear out there that already says what everyone wants to, and cost no more than ordering a few custom ones? Might be some really nice work out there, but I haven't checked.

Side side side note: Lots of folks here I'm sure have a spare ball-cap. Perhaps make a patch to sew on instead? Might be cheaper and allows for reuse when the hat wears out.

Unfortunatly, due to lead time, I had to just lock it in. We can add the blue background for every day wear if people want that option for post-rally.
