questions about shooting in beaverton

Hi, I currently live in the beaverton area and I am trying to find free places to go plunking and also if anyone knows a website that has the laws and regulations about shooting in Oregon. Ive gone to brownscamp and it was okay but i would like to find an area with less people. Any input is greatly appreciated.

I'm reminded of the Yogi Bera comment: "Nobody goes there anymore. It's too crowded."

If somebody announces here that someplace is a good, non-crowded place to go shoot. It will instantly be crowded.
