I'm selling my PTAC upper since I'm picking up another one with a free float rail and I'd like to sell this one to recuperate some cash. Its eaten rounds well and I haven't had any FTF or jams in the 300 rounds of .223 I've put through it. Will come with PSA milspec charging handle and BCG.
