WTS OR PSA 16" classic upper w/ bcg - $180

Like the title says, 16" phosphate barrel, mid length gas, phosphate coated and chrome lined bcg. Complete psa upper, I gave it a test fit, which was fine, but have not fired it. Looks good to me, but going a different direction with this particular build and thought I would give someone here a chance at it before I ship it back for a refund.
