I ordered a few of these base pads from Tactical Development and am very happy with them. They are only $14.50 apiece, plus there's a 10% GOVX discount link. My hands are about average and fit the XL grip with the stock base pads pretty well, but These make it feel like a full sized gun and improve the overall feel in my hand. I ordered them on Friday and received them on Monday via USPS.
