*Price drop to $1,350.00*
Built 1973-1974 (s/n N1398xx). Exceptional condition 44 Mag/Special shooter! Deep blue still with no holster wear. Target trigger and target hammer! Pinned and recessed 29-2! Lock up is tight and runs like new.
I bought this used and have run about 250 rounds of "special" loads, like Harry, through it. What's left of the Underwood 44 Special ammo that I used with this gun is listed for sale in Ammo *(sold).
I shoot this gun and a turn ring is evident. There is a finish nick on the right side of barrel near the muzzle, and a few tiny handling marks as you'll see in the pics but the gun looks really amazing for a 46+ year old revolver.
Wyoming stag horn grips (for show only), rose wood smooth carry grips, and nearly new "coke bottle" Alta Mont target grips all come with it. No original grips, no box, and no manual, and when I bought it received no provenance either. The Hickory revolver display stand comes with it, and a nice made in America Allen gun rug.
*added: like new Vega thumb break Italian leather holster (forgot I had this).
Warning - do not shoot this heavy N-frame revolver with the stag horn grips. You will regret it! Use the coke bottle targets or the rose wood full sized when you shoot this hand cannon, even with S&W specials. You'll thank me later
$1,350.00 (original price = $1,450.00). Not interested in trades - if the ad is up, the 44 is still available.
Prefer face to face in Tigard or can possibly meet you in Camas at SafeFire, or Estacada at Copeland's.
* I'm willing to ship from my FFL with Copeland Custom Gunworks to your FFL but all costs are yours.
