How do we post to reviews? There is a place listed in the review section but no other info.. How do we post our own review?

I tried leaving a star vote on a couple of businesses, but it doesn't seem to work. They are still listed as zero votes.

Joe, do you plan to port across the old reviews in the locked threads to the new format?
