WASHINGTON – A court fight over documentation of the Fast and Furious scandal, where the U.S. government trafficked weapons to drug dealers in Mexico, is just ratcheting up now.

But Katie Pavlich, author of the New York Times bestseller "Fast and Furious: Barack Obama's Bloodiest Scandal and the Shameless Cover-Up,"news editor of Townhall.com and an expert on the Fast and Furious scandal, says the documents will be "damning" for Attorney General Eric Holder, and possibly even President Obama.

I don't get it. US politicians are constantly chastised for criticizing the POTUS while overseas. So why does the president push his domestic agenda in a foreign country? It appears that this type of talk cheapens the office of president and the man himself.

That is insane. The fact that he would even broach the subject of gun trafficking to Mexico from America tells me there ARE no more documents left to incriminate him or Holder in that scandal.

The drug wars in Mexico are not about drugs, they are about control and power. And the cartels are winning, big time. Control and power are gained by making profits. Since drugs are mostly illegal, it's drugs. Otherwise it'd be something else. I don't believe that there'd be no "war on drugs" if drugs were legal. I believe we'd see the same, just with a different name tag.

Well, even if I'm not joking it's a WAG...

I have no idea, I'm just assuming he wouldn't be so brave if there was a chance that documents still existed to pin it on him and holder.

I assumed that you meant they had destroyed all the documents by now and they are safe to start pushing that way again.
