I'm heading to Portland today, 8/10/09 and was wondering where some good gun stores are.
I'm taking the 205 to Division St.

Fishermans, but its in oregon city/gladstone. You'll be close to the Gun Room, the worst gun shop in the state, possibly the US. The Gun Broker is in clackamas. Not many gun stores in downtown portland, mostly on the outskirts. Also the walmart on 82nd and powell has guns and ammo.

Check our Northwest Armory on McGloughlin (sp?). Get off at the Oregon city exit and check out Fishermans then continue on up McGloughlin to Northwest Armory. You will see an old B-17 (I'm not kidding) on the left hand side of the road and Northwest Armory is a block or so past that.

If your going down mcloughlin, check out 99 gun and loans. Its a pawn shop with some handguns and tons of rifles. Its on the right side past the fred meyers.

There is the old Sportsman's as well. Changed their name, can't remember to what though. It's right on 82nd heading towards Johnson Creek.
