I love that movie, even now in my late 50's
I actually remember seeing it in about 1982 in Pendelton, OR one weekend while visiting a friend there with his GF and a friend of hers.I love that movie, even now in my late 50's

C'mon admit it... you got enough spare parts to build an M249!Another pistol I like.
A percussion belt pistol that I made....from spare parts that I had around the shop.
A old rifle barrel...a L&R flintlock , that I converted to percussion...and a chunk of maple carved into a stock.
.54 caliber....makes a big noise and hole....

I keep the plastic fantastic for home defense. My Sig P320 C and my Glock 19X are the only\ guns I'm willing to risk losing if I ever had a home intruder. But, in general I prefer metal guns. I have 3 1911's and 2 Berettas. They are my favorites. When I'm heading out to the range, my Redhawk in .44Mag is a top choice. At 0300 if I hear something, my Glock 17 is what I reach for. Different applications call for different solutions. One man's opinion.....![]()
Pretty much my set up too. The Model 28 certainly gets the nod when I'm out in the mountains or maybe even taking an evening walk up the county road here. For bump in the night I have a double stack 9mm up to bat. Wood and steel 12gage in the on deck circle. When I'm heading out to the range, my Redhawk in .44Mag is a top choice. Boom, done and pretty much settled!!! Great response @monks!!!!I'm an equal opportunity owner. The plastic ones are tools, the metal and wood ones tug at my heart.
