In Oregon photo and radar is pretty easy. Here's what you do:

Do everything opposite of the Oregon revised statute.

Count me in. I got this ticket 4th of July weekend for going 11 over by the st Johns bridge.

In Washington it is not legal to record the face of the driver. So all they have is your licence plates but no proof you were driving. Just tell them it wasnt you driving.
