Idaho Permitless Carry for all US Citizens

Good news, even if the Second Amendment already says this is a preexisting right that shall not be infringed.

House Bill 516 allows any United States citizen over the age of 18 to lawfully carry a concealed firearm for self-defense within city limits without a permit. This legislation expands Idaho's permitless carry law to allow nonresidents to exercise the same carry options that Idaho residents currently enjoy.

If I understand correct, the only thing thats changed here is that non-residents can now carry concealed inside city limits without any permit needed....

Prior, non-residents needed a permit from their home state to conceal within city limits.
