This weekend I will be going camping with a friend over by ellensburg. I will be riding over wifh him and need a place in North Bend to park my pick up from around noon on Friday until mid afternoon Sunday.

I have left my truck in a shopping center parking lot for long day trips, but never overnight. On one adventure, I did have a friend leave theirs at a hotel parking lot for 3 days, but he asked the business owner if he could and got permission. This might be your best bet. North Bend has an Ace Hardware, for whatever reason I think a manager of that store would be more sympathetic to your cause.
