Really cool handgun. A couple of interesting things about it is it's cylinder and ammunition. It's cylinder opens differently then any I've seen before. Makes me wonder how strong it is compared to the "normal" swing-out cylinders. Instead of a break top it's a break side.

The ammo is amazing! How it works is it has a reduced charge with a piston between the charge and the bullet. When it fires the piston pushes the bullet out and then lodges itself in the case, thereby trapping the gasses, greatly reducing sound (and range) and eliminating muzzle flash.

Although this illustration is a round for the QSPR (Quiet Special Purpose Revolvers) the concept is the same.
 
The side swing cylinder is at least 130 years old. This IS the first one I've seen than
combines the side swing cylinder with "silent" ammo! Neat find.
