Hey,

Newer to the Oregon state. I was wondering where I could find information on the legality of Flash hiders in Oregon? Or gun laws in general? My former state didn't allow Flash Hiders or supressors, so I was just curious where Oregon stands, and how to go about figuring something like that out.

Currently, Oregon has no restrictions on ownership of flash hiders, silencers, short barreled rifles/shotguns, machineguns, or any other Class-3 items as long as you qualify for, and have the BATFE tax-stamp.

Flash hiders are not (currently) Federally regulated, so no tax-stamp needed.

As it stands now, everything is legal. 100 rd mags, flash hiders, whatever.
