Capitol lake used to be infested with them.Nutria are invasive species. I see them frequently around Lake River, and the canals and sloughs around Ridgefield wildlife refuge.
Unfortunately I don't think they want you popping vermin at the wildlife refuge.
If you can find private property around Lake River or Vancouver Lake, you might be able to shoot some. With a small game hunting license of course.
Are the burgers at that RR location extra large and juicy?Used to see them all the time in the little wetland area next to Red Robbin but I don't think the city would appreciate someone hunting over there lol
Nope.I'm planning on going nutria hunting in the next few weeks. I live in Vancouver, and am looking for good places to go, ideally where I can shoot them. (ie. Within Yacolt burn, larch mountain, etc.) Also general recommendations are helpful too.
With a tail hanging out!Are the burgers at that RR location extra large and juicy?
