Apparently she seems to have forgotten that the police are under NO obligation to protect someone on their own property - so sayth the Supreme Court, many years ago. Also, she is entitled to no more protection than ANY common citizen.

She is a piece of work. She let protesters into the building one time. She lead a march of them to where the Mayor lives one time, now that one I did find funny. This one she wanted the Police to do DNA testing on the stuff thrown in her drive to catch the people doing it. Cops declined so she is of course all kinds of upset. She is quite the moron but has quite the following of useful idiots keeping her in the job.

Defunding means to withhold money from going into a place , outfit , agency etc...
Yet without funds....
A place , outfit , agency , etc....cannot perform its tasks...nor can it train to better perform its tasks...or hire folks that can do the task or training...

I don't think this word defund means what you think it means.....
