Brand new, not a take-off. Extremely hard to find and discontinued. Purchased from Ordnance Research a few years ago for FBI HRT build, but never got around to it. Matches Magpul olive drab exactly (picture is with flash on, this is a very difficult color to photograph as it changes based on lighting conditions). Forged 7075 aluminum, 4 position, military dry film lubrication. As seen on the following website for an idea of what retail is/was asking ($70-86):
