Norma 200 powder

I found some Norma 200 powder and plan to use it in a couple 14" TC barrels, first load will be a 50 Speer TNT for the .222, next will be 100 gr Sierras in a 7mm TCU, lastly I'll make trap door level loads for a 45/70 shooting 350 gr hardcast RNFP's. I also have some AA 4064 that should work in all three calibers.
Anyone use these powders in these calibers and have some pet loads to share?

Every chamber is different, every barrel is different. Gotta do your own loading, there is no spoon.

I wasn't looking for a spoon(whatever that means)but thanks for taking the time to not be any help at all. I can and will develop my own loads, I was just looking for reference points.
