I have been now getting into sbr's and silencers. Trying more and more to learn the laws. One thing I have learned is stay out of the gray areas. This could be considered a stock and could get this guy throw in jail for along time or at least court costs. Seems like an ok idea I just hope he has written the ATF a letter with prototype for proper clearance as a pistol.
