I have a nice camping trailer for sale.
It is a 1986 Komfort brand.
It is 20 feet in length.
IT DOES NEED SOME WORK.
There is a leak in the hot water tank, the burner works fine.
The furnace needs work, I believe the electronic lighter.
THE GOOD STUFF.
The foam and upholstry replaced about two years ago.
The refrigerator works well and has a freezer compartment.
The cook stove works fine.
The toilet is good.
There is a tub/shower combination unit.
Unit sleeps 6 ( the two persons in the fold down bunk need to be children )
Has a dinette that makes into sleeping area.
Has air conditioner and awning ( I have not used either, I do not know there condition)
Has leveling jacks.
Dual propane tanks.
Dual batteries.
Dual axle.
Spare tire and wheel.
I am asking $1695.00 cash or trade for items of interest. (firearms, ammo, collectable coins and paper money)
