This is a USP 45 V1 with 1 12 round mag, box paperwork, etc.


I am updating the original post to address any questions posted below.

WA residents will need to pick up at my office in Vancouver, and OR guys I can meet at A Cut Above Pawn in the afternoon to transfer. (That is easier than meeting out at my FFL location in Scappoose since I live in SW PDX)
