Anybody did a form 4 in Jan and got approved lately? I did one late Jan check cashed 2/8 and still waiting. I called July 5 to see what's the status, and she said a few more weeks. Almost a month now still nothing

I filed a form 4 at the end of Feb and I don't expect to see approval until September or so..... the wait is awful.

Called them last week for a check cashed 2/24. Told me it was running just a little over 6 months for approval at this time. Said probably early Sept.

Yikes when I submitted mine in early April I was told it was around 4-5 months... thinking that wasn't accurate...

Capital armory has their posted times as January 17th just coming back now. I'll bet at least 7-8 months is the wait and got a lot worse the closer people submitted to the law change. I'm waiting on one from may and expecting maybe January to get it if I'm lucky.

I've been seeing people in Feb getting approvals, but the consensus is everything has slowed way down since then. ATF did say they were prioritizing F3s before 41p, but who knows now.

I'm still waiting on a February 29th form 4, which I had to wait on the form 3 since November 27th! Nice lady on the phone yesterday said "August 26th, or September." I have two other devices that I'm sure I won't see until we have a new president sitting in the Oval Office.

At least you got a date I called twice and both said a few weeks

I just got off the phone with the atf and the form 4 for my omega just got approved on July 30. My check was cashed on Feb 9 for this one.

Now I wait for the stamp to show up at my ffl, but at least I know it's approved now.

Who knows when the form 4 for my 22 can will get approved. They cashed my check on April 19 for that one

good to know, my check was cashed about a month after yours so, God willing, I will have my 2 cans sometime in Sept.
