New to me Vortex Strikefire...sort of

Well I met another member from this board (thanks PhillyFan) and bought his Vortex Strikefire to put on my Marlin 7000 22lr. Well, as it turns out it won't fit on my rifle as it sits- I need a dovetail-to-Weaver/Picatinny rail adapter. The scope does however fit very well on my wife's 10/22...so well, and based on her reaction, I'm not likely to ever get it back for my rifle. Guess I need to shop for another...I guess I could have worse problems



I got the idea for the scope sight/picture from another member on here- it made me laugh, though his was much better...
