Or W 13th and Lincoln. Supposedly vancouver doesn't care about the longtime homeowners and taxpayers down there.

Just go do whatever you want down there. Wife and I drove by this week on our way to date night and absolute trash over there. Saw a guy laid on his back passes out needle in arm.

Taxpayers paying for this by the way........

My recommendation would be searching BLM land maps in the Salem area. Use Google satellite to see which areas are clear-cut enough for your shooting. It should also show roads into the area. Perhaps also talk to your local gun store and see what they recommend.
