The term hi capacity came into play only after the Clinton AWB. In truth the magazines are standard capacity unless you live in California or any of the other areas that have a phobia of a magazine that will hold that evil 11th + round(s). In my past purchases from Glock I did not specify & received non reduced capacity mags. I have yet since the AWB expired to have a dealer try to sell me a weapon with a reduced capacity mag.
