Brand new, ordered from Brownells. Still in factory packaging. I ordered this because I was nervous my Larue Lower would not be here before 114 takes effect but it ended up showing up.
$375, buyer pays own transfer fee. I paid $450 after shipping and FFL fees.
CHL holders only at this point since the que is crazy long and I'm not sure how they're going to deal with people still waiting when everything kicks in.
