Divorce fallout (ex-wife didn't pay 11 or 15 taxes). My stupidity and ignorance is your win. Awesome sub MOA. It's in awesome condition with about 100 rds down the barrel. It has a S&B 3-12x50 illuminated Klassik scope that comes with a Holland ART MOAR reticle that I'm told came directly from Holland Shooter Supply purchased from a member here on NWF. I can supply his info as he even took a course from Mr Holland and I'm sure his knowledge is much greater than mine.
