As a former 02/07 SOT I can certify that if you pay the ATF money they will give you a piece of paper certifying that you are an 02/07 SOT.

For anyone that doubts that a Form 1 can can be as good or better than a commercial can, any commercial can, watch this video Joseph Longo did on the quelltech FLO. It knocks 300 BO down into the very low 120's range. The FLO cans are very effective. They arent much cheaper than an OTC Form 4 can but when you are looking at the difference between a store bought form 4 can that is going to take you 9 months or longer to get versus a similar performing or better performing form 1 can that takes two weeks for approval I dont know about you but I'm going form 1.
