Discussion in 'General Firearm Discussion' started by nhuman, Dec 20, 2009.

  1. I have an Idea and to see if it would work I need what would look like a scope ring for a 1 5/8 scope to attach to a standard picatinny rail, any Ideas???

what are you mounting it on

  3. A picatinny rail, quadrail ar 15 to be specific, any thoughts?
It would kinda resemble a ring that would mount a full size maglight to a quad rail. (not what it's for but I'm trying to drum up an image.

oh here it is from page 16 of the bubba handbook

hose clamp welded to a steel scope ring of course painted black matt black if you want to be all "tactical" about it

  8. Nice, actually had that thought. I was hoping for aluminum for heat dissapation.
