Need help with a Beretta model 21 pistol

Hey fellow members,
I recently was given a Beretta model 21 22lr pistol and upon inspection/cleaning I noticed the trigger bar is not making contact and the trigger is not operational. also the hammer will not uncock it is locked in place and to my ignorance it alludes me as to why. If any of you can help me out Id appreciate it, I am a pretty good tinkerer but am not familiar with the lock work on this pistol I am in the Puyallup/Orting area and any assistance and or advice would be great as I am unable to find any exploded views of this gun showing the proper placement of the trigger components.
