Need Help Finding Grip Screw

... for a K frame S&W Model 10.
The new grip panels (Altamont) are quite a bit slimmer than the factory panels so the threads stick-out on the right side
Ouch.
I can find regular length screws (1.15") but it looks like I need something 1/4-3/8" shorter.
Cutting one down is a possibility, but I don't think I would get enough thread engagement. Also, even cleaned-up theres a good chance of boogering-up the female threads of the off-side bushing (brass).

Any help?

Park rose hardware has a pretty good selection odd weird sizes, got all my left hand thread stuff there, if you cut one down buy a nut to thread it on first then cut the screw then un thread nut back off to clean the threads.

Brass screws are easy to trim down.
