Go Green , with Natural Bondage. As seen in this months issue of "Kinky Kamper". LOL
All kidding aside You could use the same as natural cordage for emergency use.

Shouldn't there be an abundant supply of hemp all over rural and semi-rural Oregon??

Probably, but don't get caught transporting more than 25' of it, or 4 ounces, whichever is greater.

If somebody needs to be bound then they are of no value to me.

Exactly. This is why knowing your ROE and situational parameters. I am not interested in restraining anyone or taking prisoners since that then becomes a completely different tactical situation and takes people out of the defense scenario.

People think you need to challenge people and allow them the opportunity to give themselves up to you. Great. What the hell do you do with them after that ? Who takes on that role?? Can you restrain them and secure the situation ?

Man oh man for a tongue in cheek post this has gone a little too far for the original intent. I would like to thank all the posters and ask the mods to lock this thread. My apologies to everyone and I will be very careful in future posts to not let my sense of humor give way to a debate of this kind. Mia copa.

Well.......the woven grass cordage is interesting!
But, given the, apparently humerous, scenario not needing cordage! Need a baseball bat!
