Nagant revolver, rarer manufacture year/location

Nagant revolver in 7.62 Nagant. Manufactured by Izechevsk (I can't spell it, sorry) in 1944 (first year of production there, not too many made that year). This makes it a plus for a Nagant revolver collector or Soviet WWII collector/reenactor. Comes with post-war holster. Asking $150 cash only, FTF with WDL and be willing to fill out WA non-required handgun transfer form (I will file for records, not mail it in). Located in Snohomish County.
