Not sure about the grip safety if it's aftermarket. The safety switch looks non original to me as it is extended. Not sure which series it is. Not sure about the rear sight or slide. But I do have a clue. The grips say Evan's gunsmithing I think it's this guy Brett Evans https://www.firearmstalk.com/threads/interview-master-gunsmith-brett-evans.5886/

Beavertail looks like a Wilson drop-in model. Thumb safety also looks like it could be a Wilson. Those look like Millett sights. Take the slide off and look at the underside; if there's a firing pin safety plunger near the rear it's a Series 80 gun.
