Winchester Model 1897 12ga., 30", full, early series D, takedown. w/ checkered butt plate. DOM 1905 pretty good condition. After a quick safety check by my gunsmith it will be a new toy for the skeet range as well as do some Pheasant and Bunny hunting on dry days.

I measured the choke and it sits at .692" so just a hair tighter then what we would call a Improved Modified so yes I'll need to be on my game to hit a lot of clay.

Picked it up for the amazing price of $346.00 at the local pawn shop.

Great buy! I wouldn't have been able to pas that up. I have my grandpas 97 and killed my first grouse with it (full choke, close range,= bad idea) A true classic.
