Since I had the materials and the time I decided to try my hand at making an IWB holster. I used some veg-tan cowhide, got a couple pieces of it soaking wet, sewed them and shaped them until I had this:
My belt can be threaded through the loops at the ends of the cord, and the cord goes through the holes in the holster well below the belt line, making it possible to tuck my shirt in.
This rig conceals very nicely if I may say so myself.
