Mussels at Acadia beach and hug point on Oregon coast

My wife and I stopped at Acadia beach because we have never been there. Neat place and it has a tide pool. We noticed that the big rock was covered with mussels. Anyone know what species these are and more importlanty if I can legally harvest them. Got my shellfish License and all. I think they're California mussels but not sure. They look yummy:s0114:
