Mossberg 88 barrel is 18.5" and painted flat black, buttstock is wood painted flat black, and handguard is stock flat black plastic. Paint is smooth and looks nice. I was going to keep the barrel and have it Cerakoted, but plans changed. Will fit the 500 as well, do your homework on the slide/pump parts.
