WTS OR Mosin Nagant M44 with 420 rounds

It's time to pass on my 1946 Mosin Nagant M44. Along with the rifle and soft case, I've got about 420 rounds to go with it.
I'm asking $400, but of course I'll entertain offers.
I'm in Gresham, but am willing to travel to an FFL in most of the Portland area - east side is preferred.
