I had a Springer Spaniel as a kid that would climb our tree in the back yard. He would get a running start and run up about 5ft of tree then climb on to the branches.

He would get up about 15-20 feet up and just lay on a big branch.

That was amazing. It all made sense you could teach a dog to do that. The part where he went sideways with the hind legs up on the wall keeping the front paws going across is unbelievable.
